Amazing experience with the Gluch Group. Right off the bat, super responsive after I first reached out. We had Brad Stewart and Brennen Foster helping us with finding a condo in Phoenix in a super hot market. To make matters more complicated, we live 1500 miles from Phoenix and could only be in town for about a week. Brad and Brennen had properties all lined up ready for us to see over 3 days and in 3 days we made 3 offers which were all accepted. We had the home inspection done the day before we had to leave town, all scheduled by the Gluch Group. They made the home buying process super easy, stress free, and efficient, with all the complexities of COVID, out of state buyer, limited time, and in a seller’s market. I can’t say enough good things about this company. If you need a real estate agent in the Phoenix area don’t waste your time and money else where, contact the Gluch Group!

I had an investment property in Arizona for over 12 years and decided to sell it in 2022. I looked online to find a reliable and great real estate company and stumbled on the Glutch Group. I loved their image and look so I decided to give them a try. After talking to Brad for about 30 minutes asking him what he thought of my property, the value, how to structure the deal, he sold me and convinced me that I will get an amazing deal! Knowing it was rented out, he walked me through the process of getting my tenant in order and communicating with them on taking pictures of the house, etc. etc. You won’t believe, the house sold in one weekend – $45,000 over asking price – and that too cash – so it closed in a week!! I couldn’t believe my ears when Brad told me the good news. I was hesitant at first when Brad priced it but he told me to trust his gut and I did – glad I chose them and glad I was patient with his tactics. Great great great experience. Their escrow agent, Yana was a pleasure to work with as well! Keep up the good work, everyone!

I agree with another person’s comment that the Gluch Group is “setting the bar high.” It has been a pleasure working with Garett Chatham and others in the Gluch Group. They were always there to answer our questions no matter how silly we personally thought it was.

We also were able to find our new home build in such a small period of time despite how hot the Scottsdale market was. I am forever grateful and plan to use them again should we decide to purchase again. Whether you are a first time home buyer (like us), purchasing your second or third, or even selling, they are the real estate group of choice. Thanks Gluch Group!
